End User License Agreement (EULA) for Grillsome

Effective Date: April 7, 2025

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GRILLSOME APPLICATION ("APPLICATION" OR "APP"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE APP.

This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Allsome Inc. ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the GrillSome app, which is made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized platforms.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, GrillSome Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible mobile device that you own or control.

2. User Conduct & Community Standards

GrillSome is a platform designed to foster fun, inclusive, and respectful social interaction. By using the App, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

  • You will not post, share, or promote content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • You will not engage in bullying, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior toward others.
  • You will not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or create fake accounts for malicious purposes.
  • You will not spam, solicit, or engage in commercial activities without our express permission.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the App or the experience of other users.

Violation of these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from the App. GrillSome Inc. reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate to enforce these standards and protect the safety and well-being of its community.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and trademarks are owned by GrillSome Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Statement, which outlines how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications to the App and Agreement

We may update or modify the App and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review the Agreement regularly.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." GrillSome Inc. makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or its operation. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrillSome Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
